Classes: FSR-V 3,5-7,5-15-35 Senior; 3,5-7,5-15 Junior FSR-H 3,5-7,5-15 Senior; 3,5-7,5 Junior FSR-O 3,5-7,5-15-35 Senior; 3,5-7,5 Junior
Junior is a competitor not older than 18 years in the year of competition. Junior competitors in the FSR V/O 15 cc classes must be at least 12 years old in the year of competition.

For European countries:
Official registration: in each class maximum 5 racers/nation + reigning European Champions
Optional registration:

The organizing committee opens up registration from 1 May till 20 May in classes where minimum nr. of participants is not achieved. During this period the organizing committee holds the right to accept the registration of extra participants in the given classes. Basis of accepting the optional registrations will be 3 extra racers/class from each country, but the organzing committee holds the right to approve more extra racers from a country in case the participant numbers make it necessary.

Optional registration is only possible for national federations already registered for the event during the official registration.

National federations will be notified of approved optional registrations no later than 1 June.

For non-European countries:
Official registration: in each class maximum 3 racers/nation
Entry fees: Seniors: 20 EUR/class Juniors: 15 EUR/class
9-day spa tickets: Juniors/seniors: 45 EUR/person (free for children under the age of 3 years)
The spa ticket includes entrance to race area and the possibility to use all open-air swimming pools of the spa complex.
Official registration starts on 20 January 2009.

Payment (for official and optional registration):

The national federations have to make the full payment of the entry fees, 9-day spa tickets, transponder rental and banquet. A national team's registration will not be accepted without the full payment of the above fees.

For official (first round of) registration the full amount has to be transferred by the national federations no later than the day of registration deadline (20 April 2009).

For optional (second round of) registration the transfers have to be made by the national federations after receiving the organizing committee's notification of approvement and no later than 12 June 2009.

Classification and prizes:
European Championship classification: Trophies, medals and diplomas to first 3 competitors in each class; diploma of participation to all competitors. The winner gets the official title of Naviga European Champion, honoured by his/her national anthemn. Non-European participants are not counted in the European Championship classification.

For juniors the European Champion title will be awarded, if a minimum of 6 competitors from 3 different European countries have raced in the respective class.

In case the minimum numbers of participants and/or countries are not registered in a given class during official and optional registration, the organizers uphold the right to return registration fees and cancel the race of that respective class.
Open (international) classification: In classes where at least one non-European racer finnishes in one of the first 3 places, separate European Championship and international prize giving ceremonies will be held. European racers count for both classification, non-European racers only count for the open/international classification.
Frequencies allowed for the event: 27 MHz, 35MHz, 40MHz, 2.4GHz (for detailed list see the Competitor Entry Form - available in the Registration section of this site)
Lapcounting: AMB counting system will be used for all competitions.
Transponder rental: Juniors: 5 EUR/class Seniors: 10 EUR/class
The AMB transponder must be used in all the classes. If you have your own transponder there is no fee to pay, if you do not have a transponder, you must rent an AMB transponder from the organizers.
Technical inspections and registration point at the racing area: 1.Team Leader registers the team and collects the documents for the whole team. 2.The competitors register their models and make the radio check.
Flags and national anthems: Every European Team Leader has to provide 2 flags cm. 150 x 100 of the Nation and the national anthem recorded on CD format. These materials will be returned to the Team Leaders after the closing ceremony.
Every non-European Team Leader has to provide 1 flag cm. 150 x 100 of the Nation.
Banquet: Juniors (children under 10 years of age): 20 EUR/person Seniors (or juniors over 10 years of age): 35 EUR/person
Requested banquet tickets of competitors, mechanics, family members and team leaders need to be indicated on the Competitor Entry Forms.
